It seems like mostly the newer models can achieve the RAW functionality and the ones with CF card controllers are said to be faster as the SD controller is slower. – Canon EOS M – The little one can currently do 1280× fps. – Canon EOS 6D – Can currently do 1360×600 1840× fps, but apparently not continuosly. – Canon EOS 700D (T5i) – Can currently do 1280× fps. – Canon EOS 650D (T4i) – Does raw but not usable yet, framedrops, noise problems. > Sample Video shot on Sandisk Extreme Pro SD – Canon EOS 600D (T3i) – Some people can currently achieve 960×540. – Canon EOS 550D (T2i) – Can still only achieve 960×540 max. > Sample Video shot on Komputerbay 1000x card – Canon EOS 7D – Can continuosly shoot 1728× LINK – Canon EOS 60D – Apparently 960×540 1584× fps is currently the maximum. > Sample Video shot on Sandisk Extreme Pro 600x CF – Canon EOS 50D – Seen people achieve 1592×720 1584× fps.

The Transcend 1000x Cards are newer, reliable, priced in between, but some compatibility issues have been reported with some firmwares. The Lexar 1000x Cards are most expensive, but seem to work most reliable. If you receive a bad card send it back and get a new one. The Komputerbay 1000x cards are cheap, but they seem work most of the time.
